Deep colour with a purple hue. Intense nose offering ripe dark berries, plum, dried herbs, pepper and leather. Dense palate, ample fruit with fine but present tannin, both herbal and dry spices with crushed plum and cherry flavours. Long and spicy finish, intense and full of character.
