Spain,
Castilla y Leon,
White wine with a medium deep straw colour, very bright still appearing yet youthful with a hint of green. Pure nose, good freshness and purity of fruit there, displaying some notes of lemon skin, lime, green apple and a certain hint of minerality. On the palate it has medium weight. It appears a slight hint of oak as well, I suppose a certain fermentation and ageing in oak, it also has a slight phenolic compound present adding a balanced bitterness, gives a lift to the palate there. So youthful, with still very fresh fruit; like crushed apple, crushed pear. Slight hint of oak, and those lemon-limey notes on the finish. Medium weight and medium towards long finish.
