Dark and inky core starting to lose some colour at the rim. Intense nose with layers of dark fresh berries like cassis, blackberry and cherry sprinkled with some ginger and white pepper, there´s oak but well hidden in the background. The palate is very dense still young but balanced even if there´s high extract and tannin degree, I certainly like the acidity that gives a lift to the dark fruit, good integration of oak as well. Very long finish, a wine that will develop truly fine and gain more complexity from ageing, yet quite tempting today.
