Bodegas Luis Canas – Blanco Fermentado en Barrica – 2015

Light golden colour, fine purity, mineral with elegant stone fruit, good ripeness with juicy apricot, citrus and grape notes. The palate has a rich texture where the ripeness is finely balanced by a fresh acidity and lush fruit, long and lingering finish, high ripeness but very fine freshness underneath. Very promising.
