Bright light golden with a lively mousse. Pure and intense aromas showing some toasted notes, roasted almond, candied citrus and crushed peach. The palate is rather ample with sweet fruit flavours, yet remaining bone dry and displaying a good level of freshness with succulent stone fruit flavours, ripe citrus and a creamy texture with fine young bubbles, well built with fine persistency.
