Bodegas Ontañón – Gran Reserva – 2005

Medium deep ruby red, fresh and youthful nose of crushed raspberry and cherry with ginger and clove, discreet wood. The palate is rather dense with fresh red fruit, fine spices and vital acidity, good grip and length, still with a tannic presence but balanced with a long finish, still youthful with room for improvement.
