Dense dark purple core and ruby towards the rim. The nose offers some complexity and age with pure ripe fruit like dark berries, plum, mild spices, wet tobacco and some new oak. The palate is dense and chewy, finely polished texture with grainy tannin, ripe and warm but with a good bite of freshness, layers of dark fruit and mocha flavours with a long meaty finish.
