Spain,
Castilla y Leon,
Moderately intense colour, with a ruby nuance. Fine nose. Youthful with primary fruit. Mostly, red berries, plum, raspberry with some spicy notes of liquorice; like anise seed, liquorice, some orange peel. A gentle hint of oak, but not a lot. The palate has medium weight. With a quite juicy and subtle texture. Attractive red fruit, with some of those peppery and liquorice like notes. Discreet wood. Young but balanced tannin. High level of freshness and a medium-long finish. An attractive wine with good drinkability right now. It should develop, but nothing for the really long term. So to drink within one to three years from now.
