Dark garnet colour. Generous oak and sweet fruit on the nose, ripe plum, dried cherry and red berries with gingerbread spice. Good grip on the palate, sweet fruit flavours balanced by a fresh backbone, rather mild and settled tannin, a whiff of oak derived spiciness, and rather long supple finish.
