Spain,
Castilla y Leon,
Rosé wine with a fairly deep pink colour with a copper onion skin hue. Fresh and primary nose here, some grapey notes resembling fresh grapes, then with some berry fruit; like raspberry and red currant. Very youthful and vital on the palate, marked by a high acidity and those notes of freshly crushed berries. We have a slight, slight hint of tannin there like grape skin. In terms of structure, slightly richer rosé wine. So not the classic aperitif style, but more the meal time rosé. Medium towards long finish, with a bit more persistence then lighter styles.
