Dark garnet and a mature ruby rim. Some oak notes with ripe dark fruit notes - plum, cherry, liquorice, tobacco and dried herbs. Dense palate, still a youthful bite but no hard edges, balanced oak, generous sweet fruit with a peppery and herbal spiciness leading to a long finish.
