Argentina,
Uco Valley,
Red wine with a medium intense ruby-red colour. Quite elegant nose here I would talk about a much more classic style, I get much more vibes of let’s say Bordeaux; elegant hints of tobacco, cedar wood, red and dark berries, with some cassis, sage, plum and a really fine oak. I get oak, but really good wood. I like the palate here very digest, it has a good élevage or good aging. So it feels quite supple and ready to drink in terms of texture. There is quite grainy tannin adding freshness. Good level of acidity as well. It is not a super super ripe style. We have a good mix of red and dark berries, with some ripe herbs like sage and bay leaf. Really layered with a long persistence. I should mention some complexity, because I think that this has a really fine proportions, layers, a good dash of complexity on the finish with fine spices, tobacco. So a really enjoyable wine.
