Medium deep golden/orange colour. Deep and mature nose feels like a mature, traditional Fino bordering Amontillado with a nutty complexity with marzipan, tobacco, fine wood and ripe pear. The palate is distinct and bone dry with layered spiciness and complexity, wonderful freshness, great bite and a long intense finish, very stylish with both freshness and maturity giving a complex mouthfeel and aftertaste.
