Dense inky colour. Fresh and floral nose with hints of lavender, herbs, ripe dark berries and a hint of oak. The palate is immensely concentrated with ample dark fruit, plum, cassis, violet, licorice, plenty of extract, fine grainy tannin and very long unctuous finish. It is still young and monolithic but should surely develop nuance and complexity with age.
