Bright light golden colour. Pure aromas of white fleshed fruit, fennel, wild herbs and crushed almond, no evident oak. The palate is bright and crips with good volume, ripe but fresh fruit flavours, fresh pear, melon with a mediterranean herbal spiciness, fine extract and a long pure finish.
