Medium deep golden with a copper hue and small vivid bubbles. Layered and complex nose in a pure style, non oxidative style with ripe pinot notes of raspberry, plum, gingerbread and firmer chalk, citrus and hazelnut from the chardonnay. Nicely assembled with good volume on the palate, a mild and integrated creaminess with fresh backbone of acidity, balanced dosage, layers of nutty and spicy fruit with a very long and vigorous finish. Finely accomplished classic style of champagne.
