Bright light golden colour. Some maturity and complexity on the nose with pastry, butter, crushed nuts, yellow fruit and candied ginger. The nose indicates sweetness and maturity but the palate is strictly dry with a bright acidity, stone fruit and almond notes, rather soft creaminess, persistent and fresh finish. Really dry without sugar but balanced mature and in harmony today.
