Bolet Organic Wines – Fredolic Natural Wine – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour. Slightly gamey and balsamic nose with red fruit rather "natural" style. The palate is better than the nose to my taste, more purity and juicy red fruit, still some animal/leathery notes on the finish, rounded texture and medium length.
