Bolet Organic Wines – Sapiens Ecológico – 2006

Mature ruby red colour. Mature nose as well showing leather, walnut, dried fruit and cassis notes with a gentle aged oxidation. The palate is still vital and fresh with good depth and volume, dense structure with plenty of tannin, dark Cabernet-like flavours of cassis, mint and sage, rich dark fruit on the finish and a muscular aftertaste and really good length. Ready to drink.
