Bolet Organic Wines – Vinya Sota Bosc Ecológico – 2015

Light golden colour. A rather tropical expression marrying some new oak, vanilla and butter with ripe stone fruit. The palate is still on the young side with some oak protruding, bone dry and fresh with slightly candied fruit notes and vanilla on the finish, ripe with medium length, rather plum and tropical style.
