Youthful light straw colour. Pure nose, rather discrete style. There’s some mineral hints and nutty notes, citrus, green apple. Pure and precise style, bone dry, fresh with a medium-high acidity, yet with a sense of freshness due to that slight tannic presence. Juicy fruit like crushed apple, crushed pear. Decently long finish, with an almost salty, salivating sensation. Well made in that pure, fresh and clean style.
