Light pink with a copper hue and fine creamy mousseux. Mature and complex nose with fine depth and layers, roasted nuts, nougat, a hint of oak, brioche and pastry with sweet red fruit, raspberry and plum comfiture. The palate is layered with a gentle creamy backbone and integrated freshness, almond pasted, roasted nuts, raspberry and ripe pear, and a long, warm and lingering finish with a complex spiciness, gingerbread, brioche and nutty notes. Very nice maturity and harmony today.
