Medium deep golden colour with a mature and fine mousse. Mature and complex nose displaying ripe pear, saffron, almond, hazelnut, light wood notes, tobacco and croissant with confiture d´abricot. The palate has depth and layers with nutty and mature fruit, sweet flavours nicely restrained by a bright acidity and absence of sugar, mildly creamy with fine proportions, powerful yet elegant with a very long and lingering finish.
