Bonfadini – Nobilium – NV

Bright straw colour with a green hue and vivid small bubbles. Citrus, white fleshed fruit, fresh almond and some floral notes. Medium weight with a fresh backbone, gently creamy with primary fruit flavours, a gentle lees-derived buttery presence, mild mousse and fairly long finish.
