Bonfadini – Veritas – NV

Bright light golden with a vivid young mousse. Rather young aromas of crushed pear, citrus, almond and fresh butter. The palate is bone dry with a good bite, fine extract, discreet young fruit flavours some nutty and floral hints with a creamy finish and fine persistency.
