Bright medium deep golden colour with a gentle mousseux. Pure nose approaching maturity with autolytic complexity, nougat, hazelnut, fresh butter and yellow fruit notes. Ample palate, nicely rounded with a mild creaminess, fresh backbone, notes of pastry, nougat and ripe stone fruit, and a dense and long finish. Good maturity now even if it will keep for many more years.
