Youthful colour, light straw with a slight green tinge; youthful, pretty small but lively bubbles. Fresh nose here, really on the fruity side, youthful primary fruit with notes of green apple, pear, some floral notes and citrus. Still a pretty youthful feeling on the palate with a fresh acidity, quite creamy foamy mousse. Rather light on the finish here so it’s still a youthful example, with that very ripe green fruit, some notes of citrus, and a lighter finish.
