Bouquet d’Alella – Pur Dolç’12 – 2012

Medium deep golden colour. Slightly flinty nose with herbal notes and yellow fruit. The palate is medium sweet with a fresh backbone, feels like a mistella type with a grape-like sweetness, fresh and balanced with some herbal spiciness and rather long finish.
