Pale light golden colour with a youthful mousse. Intense nose, vinous with white flower, stone fruit, almond, fresh butter and ripe citrus. Good grip on the palate, fresh and vibrant even if young, some layers and complexity, a bright acidity and creamy texture. Close to Extra Brut it feels with a long and grippy finish still youthful but layered and enjoyable.
