Medium deep golden colour with a mellow mousse. Mature nose, some complexity with nutty notes, almond paste, pastry, nougat and ripe yellow fruit. The palate is dense and concentrated with sweet ripe fruit but underlined by a fresh acidity, mellow creaminess, nutty and nougat notes with a fine spiciness and a long dense finish. Complex and mature yet with a very fresh bite on the finish.
