Light to medium deep golden colour with vivid fine bubbles. Spicy nose of almond, saffron, crushed nuts and rather Pinot dominated fruit like plum, red berries and gingerbread spices. The palate has medium weight, bone dry towards Extra Brut, a fresh backbone, youthful creaminess, darker fruit notes of red berries, plum and pear with nutty notes and a long spicy finish.
