Medium deep golden colour with a moderately intense mousse. Intense mousse showing some maturity and evolution, honeyed fruit, windfall, nutty notes and darker fruit. Rather full bodied, sweet and rounded fruit but fairly dry (towards Extra Brut) with a youthful acidity, some nutty notes and gentle oxidation, quite long but a bit austere finish. Very ripe nose but young palate, a bit two headed.
