Rather deep pink colour with a copper hue and vivid creamy mousse. Intense and fruity nose, towards rosé de saignée with crushed red berries, plum, some pastry and nutty notes. The palate is bone dry, towards Extra Brut with a fresh backbone, youthful creaminess, still a bit austere with restrained fruit. Vinous and ambitious but needs some time to soften.
