Rather deep golden colour with fine bubbles. Developed and complex nose with honeyed fruit, roasted hazelnut, brioche and a fine spiciness. The palate is rich with good volume, finely creamy texture, bone dry with fairly low dosage it seems, yet ripe and mature fruit goves a sensation of unctuousness, nougat and nutty notes with a long and spicy finish.
