Brand et Fils – La Table des Rois – 2019

Light to medium deep ruby red colour. Rather open slightly "natural" or alternative style. Meaty and spicy with mild smoke, pepper, sweet raspberry and leather notes resembling a more mature wine. Yet it remains clean without oxidation, fresh backbone with digest red fruit flavours, layered spiciness and approaching complexity with a fine length. Well-done for the style.
