France,
Champagne,
Sparkling wine, still with a fairly youthful colour. Pale straw, with a green tinge, there is a quite vivid youthful mousse in there. Fresh nose, also on the youthful side, with some floral hints, and quite fresh fruit; like green apple, citrus, some grapey notes, and then there is a hint of something creamy, like a dash of butter, fresh butter. Fresh palate there, with a good balance between fruitiness and acidity. It is fairly on the dry side. Good bite there, so good dryness there, with youthful fruit; like green apple, citrus, there are some almond flavours showing up. I think the mousse is well balanced on the palate. Overall in terms of structure, slightly lighter style, more light weight, with a slight phenolic presence as well. Quite smooth and creamy finish with a medium length.
