Intense dark purple core and hue. Pure and still youthful aromas showing some new oak, toast, ripe dark cherry, plum and dry spices. Dense and concentrated palate with fairly high extraction, still a tannic bite but starting to soften and integrate, layers of dark berries, cherry, clove and peppery spiciness with a long and meaty finish. Ambitious and well made needing another 1-2 years to open.
