Bukolyi Marcell – Organic Wines – 2018

Bright youthful colour with a purple hue. Fragrant nose, rather Burgundian with wild raspberry, clove, ginger and discreet wood. Nice bite on the palate, good volume and weight with a healthy freshness, velvety tannin, digest red fruit flavours with a layered spiciness, and a long digest finish. Nicely done, youthful but already complex.
