Burckel Jung – Brut – NV

Medium deep pink colour with a youthful mousseux. Rather aromatic nose showing plum, red berries, citrus and pain d’épices. Good grip on the palate, fresh backbone and mild creamy texture, with citrus tinged red fruit and good length.
