Germany,
Franken,
A youthful wine, pale with a slightly straw colour, a hint of green. Fine intensity on the nose, it is a pure rather mineral style here with those stony notes. Youthful fruit, but still with a good ripeness, reminiscent of stone fruits; like peach, apricot, a ripe citrus. Good bite on the palate here, good extract, good dry extract in this one, but without bitterness. Mouth-watering due to that presence of lemon peel, then there is barely ripe stone fruit, like white apricot or white peach, something in that direction. Medium weight, but good flavour intensity here. I really like that mineral firm, or positively firm finish. Good length persistent, with juicy clean fruit. Really nice drinkability, however with a potential to go on for many years.
