Burgo Viejo – Perseverance – 2011

Rather dense core and a brick rim. The nose offers sweet vanilla and wood with some herbal notes and red plum. The palate has medium weight, good flavor intensity, sweet red berries, ginger and spices with integrated wood, fresh backbone and rather long finish.
