Ca del Bosco – Brut – 2013

Bright light golden colour with a fine vivid mousse. Spicy nose with some oak/smoky hints, dry spices and rather ripe fruit with both lighter citrus, almond, lemongrass and darker Pinot with plum and red berry notes. The palate is dense and broad, still young but packed with plenty of fruit, spicy and nutty hints with well-integrated oak, a mild creaminess and a long warm finish.
