Light golden colour with a fine mousse. Good depth and harmony on the nose with nutty mature nose, blending ripe autumn fruit with fresh notes of citrus, ginger and floral notes. The palate has a good grip and freshness, blending ripe fruit with a creamy mousse and distinct acidity, some nutty/autolytic notes and a long, unctuous finish, ambitious Non Vintage with fine complexity.
