Ca del Bosco – Satén – 2013

Bright light golden colour with a fine stream of bubbles. The nose is pure and layered showing pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, hazelnut and some autolytic notes like fresh brioche and butter with discreet oak. Nice palate with a fresh bite, layers of yellow fruit with zesty flavours, a fine creaminess, good harmony, pleasure and length.
