Ca del Bosco – Satén Vintage Collection – 2020

Bright light, golden colour, and hue with delicate young bubbles. Pure and chalky nose displaying a hint of autolys, brioche and fresh butter with citrus and lemongrass-tinted stone fruit, with a gentle presence and toast from oak. The palate is bone dry, perfectly balanced by ripe, yet not sweet fruit with a ripe acidity, mellow creaminess and a gentle buttery mid-palate, great purity and a long, vivid and creamy finish.
