Ca del Bosco – Vintage Collection Satén – 2011

Light golden colour with a fine mousse. Rather vinous with some depth and complexity, elegant fruit, blending lemon zest, peach, pear, hazelnut and fresh butter with discreet (if any) oak. The palate has good grip and flavour intensity with a fine nuttiness, crisp fruit, a layered spiciness, and very long finish, very elegant and enjoyable. Should still develop well.
