Inky dark purple core. Spicy nose of black pepper, clove and ripe dark berries. The palate is youthful and dense with high but ripe tannin, nice dark fruit, cherry and blackberry with pepper, liquorice and floral notes, and a dense and long finish. Fine potential, rather good today but should certainly improve.
