Ca d’Or – Noble Cuvée – NV

Light golden colour with a youthful fine mousseux. Some oak and toast at first impression, rather ripe with generous yellow fruit notes and a hint of autolytic complexity. Good bite on the palate, fresh and vivid with digest fruit, citrus zest, fresh almonds and a long pure finish.
