Ca d’Or – Satèn – NV

Light golden colour with a fine mousseux. The nose displays some oak and toast with vanilla, butter and yellow fruit notes, fine autolytic complexity. The palate is broad and flavour intense with a bright acidity underneath, fine nuttiness, mild mousseux, delicious stone fruit flavours and a long lingering finish. Good complexity and harmony.
