Ca d’Or – Selezione Grand Vintage Noble Pas Dosé – 2011

Bright pale straw colour. Fresh and pure nose, still on the youthful side with lighter fruit, apple, pear, lemongrass, lime and some herbal notes. The palate is pure with a fresh bite, salivating acidity and a fine creamness, crushed apple and pear notes with citrus and some fresh butter but still on the youthful side with good proportions and fine persistency, should develop well.
